How did we started?
Truly Gourmet was founded out of desperation during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.
Our founder, Ethan Wong, was looking for a means of survival during the hardship period, where he revived his abandoned tempeh chips research back from 2018, further develop them for another 12 months, and thus, begin the journey of Truly Gourmet.
