How did we started?
Truly Gourmet was founded out of desperation during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.
Our founder, Ethan Wong, was looking for a means of survival during the hardship period, where he revived his abandoned tempeh chips research back from 2018 and further develop them for another 12 months.
- Revived the research and further develop the product.
- Our founder collected data from 139 anonymous testers to finalize the R&D
