Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund can only be processed after a valid order has been made.
Cancellation and refund cannot be made if the order has been shipped out.
Cancellation and refunds have to be made prior to us shipping out your order. Once we have notified the customer of the shipping information and tracking details, the order is no longer refundable.
How to cancel and refund an order?
- Customer is required to provide their order details, which include but not limited to order number, addresses, item ordered, etc to us for verification purposes, via Whatsapp, email or our social media message inboxes.
- Once we have verified the information to be valid, we will process to refund within 48 hours.
How much will we refund our customer?
- Charges by the payment gateway provider will be bear by the customer.
- The amount refunded will be the total paid minus payment gateway charges.
