Tracking Information
There will be two tracking numbers to track your order.
The first tracking number is for the transit from our warehouse to the EMS warehouse, via Ninjavan.
Once EMS has processed them, we will email you the EMS tracking number for you to track the transit process.
Shipping Time
EMS in general takes about 2 – 3 weeks, as EMS transits by tagging along the postal route.
* Lead time is just an estimate. During peak season, it would take slightly longer than usual to deliver.
Processing Time
We process your order within 24 hours.
Orders will be processed once payment has been received in full.
