Customs and Import Duties
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges in your country are the buyer’s responsibility. Some countries restrict certain food imports, so please check your country’s rules before ordering.
Tracking Information
Your order has two tracking numbers:
- The first tracks your parcel from our warehouse to the EMS warehouse, via NinjaVan.
- Once EMS has processed your parcel, we will email you the EMS tracking number to follow its international journey.
Shipping Time
EMS usually takes about 2–3 weeks, as parcels travel through the international postal network. However, some location only takes 7 days.
* Lead times are estimates. During peak season, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
Processing Time
Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.
We ship out orders daily at 12pm. Orders paid before 12pm are shipped out the same day; orders paid after 12pm are shipped out the next day.
